prepare year end Accounts, (and
in statutory format for companies)
and, if relevant, deal with audit
aspects for companies (essentially
an audit is only a statutory requirement
for companies with sales in excess
of £5.6 million; there are exceptions
and we can advise if an audit is
required).
We
see accounts preparation as a valuable insight into your business,
not just a historical report. It enables us to identify strengths
and weaknesses and suggest possible solutions based on our
knowledge of your business and the environment in which it
operates. We also conduct audits of special category organisations
including charities and pension schemes.
